Learn How To Make This Tasty Ofe Nsala Soup For A Great Weekend

Another weekend is here, and today, we’re all about the white soup locally known as Ofe Nsala also known as White Soup.

Ofe Nsala is a delicacy from the Eastern part of Nigeria but is quite popular among non-easterners as well. It’s spicy aroma and very flavourful taste makes it a dish you will want to share with your loved ones.

It is prepared without adding palm oil unlike most soups in Nigeria earning it the name, White soup.

Despite the lack of oil the combination of all the ingredients used in preparing it gives a unique taste that you will want to experience again and again.

While you can use chicken or beef if you choose, Catfish is the more common choice for Ofe Nsala. This delicacy is so simple you will want to cook it over and over again.
