– 2 Banana

– 1/2 cup each of  vanilla yoghurt and milk

– 2 teaspoons of honey

– A pinch of cinammon

– ice cubes

2. Pineapple and mango smoothie

Pineapple and mangoes are two of the juiciest fruits you can ever come across. Combine them together to make a tropical delight you can enjoy with your family. To make this, you will need

– 1 cup of chopped pineapple

– 1 cup of chopped mango
