Preparation
Method 1: With an Ice Cream Maker (Best Texture)
- Blend
Add pineapple chunks, water, sugar, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Chill
Refrigerate the mixture for 1–2 hours until very cold.Churn
Pour into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually 15–25 minutes).Freeze to set
