Ingredients for Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 cup ice 1/3 cup brown sugar (might need more if you want it more sweet)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 whole avocados

  • First add the ice
  • Next scoop out the avocados from their skin
  • Add some milk, water and brown sugar
  • Now blend for about 2-3 minutes until it is smooth.
