Let Matse Cooks Teach You How To Make Delicious Chicken Sausage Bread Fingers


Food blogger, Matse Cooks has a new recipe that we love, it is called the Chicken Sausage Bread Fingers.

It is so easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients

– 6 slices of bread
– 3 Chicken Franks
– 1 cup Bread crumbs
– 1 egg (for egg wash)
– Water to seal up
– Oil to fry

Preparation

1. Slice sausages into equal halves.
2. Slice off brown edges of bread slices.
3. Roll out flat with a rolling pin.
4. Place half a sausages on the bread and roll up.
5. Dip your finger in water to seal the flap and press.
6. Dip both edges in water for 1 second and seal up with your fingers.
7. Break egg into a bowl and whisk. Dip bread fingers in.
8. Then roll up bread fingers in bread crumbs. Dip ends in egg wash and crumbs 2 to 3 times to seal up firmly.
9. Fry in hot oil over low to medium heat.
