Almost every woman struggles with weight and body fat issues, and belly fat happens to be very stubborn fat. But with these special foods, you can quickly be on your way to losing two, maybe three inches off your waist in three weeks.
Do remember that the key to burning fat is partly in what you eat and partly in workouts. While you would get results from just dieting alone, workouts help to tone your body and mould it into your desired shape.
So here’s what to eat to lose inches off your waist in three weeks;
Cucumber is a fruit (I’m sure you didn’t see that one coming). An unpeeled cucumber contains a total of 45 calories and 0 total fat. They also contain 96% of water and several important vitamins and minerals including protein, fibre, vitamins C and K, magnesium, potassium and manganese. You can slice a cucumber up and store in your fridge for when you start craving snacks or something to chew on. Cucumbers also happen to be very filling. So you can eat just that for lunch.
2. Boiled Eggs
Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. During my slim waist journey, I ate two boiled eggs every three days for breakfast.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar
The acetic acid has higher energy expenditure, oxygen intake, and burns more fat for energy than just water. This suggests acetic acid could help suppress body fat buildup.
Take a shot of apple cider vinegar (the vinegar mixed with water) every morning before breakfast and every night before you sleep.
Note that this is all you should be eating and nothing else. Apple cider Vinegar mix with two eggs in the morning, cucumber for lunch and maybe another fruit such as apple or watermelons for dinner.
