When women are preparing for labor, there are several tips that will be provided by doctors to make child birth easy.

1.Taking A Walk

Walking is a great way to keep your body balanced. This is a super easy. You can do it anywhere and don’t really need any equipment but a good pair of shoes.  This is best when you can get outside and get fresh air and sunlight.


2.Leaning Forward

Leaning forward on things can help the baby’s positioning as well. Think about all the time we spend leaning backward or relaxing against something. Lean on counters or people or an exercise ball!

3.Sitting On A Stability Ball

Sitting on stability balls help prevent backaches and helps strengthen your back and waist for labor. It also helps to open up the birth canal.

4.Stretching

Pregnancy stretches are designed to prepare your entire body for labor and reduce cramps after labor. The process of pushing can be strenuous on the body and stretching can really help.

5.Squat Sitting

Squat sitting opens up your birth canal and makes it easy for the baby to come out during labor. So do squat sits as much as you can during the day and you can hold a chair or table for balance.
